I'm not laughing, All I see is idiots making our brand name look bad and it is all from FedEx Ground. Yes the same FedEx ground we hear that is making money while express is suffering. We all work to damn hard to have idiots like these make the company we put our blood sweat and tears into (blood for all the injuries we sustain doing our jobs. Sweat for being on the ramps in summer servicing Aircraft making sure these packages make it to the customer on time. Tears from all the benefits we lost because of people like these and to make the shareholder more happy than it's employees.

It may seem that this site only cares about it's mechanics but we care that this company stays profitable and with that maybe one day PSP will make a comeback like all things that go out of style then back in. That was Mr Smiths great idea to make everyone feel like they owned part of the company.I am no rat but if I and I hope you ever see one of our people doing anything like this I hope you at least say something to them that others work to hard for them to turn away customers.

The fact remains that when your employees no longer feel respected, appreciated or the company neglects to supply to them a sense of self-worth, EXPECT them to have the same feelings toward your customers!!
I don't condone at all what they are doing and it pisses me off just like you Tom........but this company has lost the personal concern that promotes respectable work ethics!!
Sadly unless you force them to follow a contractual set of rules, they'll continue to make them up as they go to benefit their agenda.....NOT OURS?
Something we better realize real soon.
