I WAS GETTING EMAILS THAT GUYS LETTERS ARE BEING SENT BACK TO THEM. WE DID NOT KNOW THAT WHEN WE PAYED FOR THE P.O. BOX THAT AT THE TIME IT WOULD ONLY ACCEPT ADDRESSED WITH NMB OR NLRB THEY WOULD ACCEPT. RANDY WENT DOWN AND CHANGED IT NOW TO ACCEPT FEDEX AMT ASSOCIATION. WE ARE VERY SORRY GUYS IF IT'S NOT ONE THING IT'S ANOTHER. PLEASE PASS THIS AROUND IF YOUR CARDS WERE SENT BACK TO YOU. IT SHOULD BE CORRECTED BUT JUST ADD NMB OR NLRB ON TOP OF THE FEDEX AMT ASSOCIATION JUST TO MAKE SURE. HE WILL GO DOWN TOMORROW AND VERIFY IT HAS BEEN PUT IN AND CORRECTED. I WANT TO THANK ALL OF YOU FOR WORKING SO HARD TO HELP US GET SOME KIND OF RESPECT IN THIS PLACE.
GUYS I KNOW EVERYONE IS TIRED OF FILLING OUT CARDS BY NOW BUT I SWEAR THIS IS THE LAST TIME. THEY ONLY NEED TO PUT COMPANY NAME, EMPLOYEE# AND PRINTED NAME, SIGNATURE AND DATE, THAT'S IT.
I ALSO WANT TO SAY THIS IS NOT A UNION DRIVE!! THIS IS ONLY FOR CLASS AND CRAFT. ONCE THAT IS DESIGNATED IF IS TO BE I WILL DROP OUT. ONCE WE HAVE CLASS AND CRAFT THE COMPANY WILL KNOW IF THEY DON'T TREAT US WITH THE SAME RESPECT AS THE PILOTS WE COULD JUST COLLECT CARDS FOR A UNION VOTE IF THEY FORCE OUR HAND. FOR THOSE WHO WILL NO SIGN BECAUSE THEY DON'T BELIEVE IN A UNION LET THEM KNOW THIS STEP HAS TO BE DONE FIRST OR WE WON'T HAVE ANY INSURANCE FOR PROTECTION OF WHAT WE HAVE LEFT.

We are getting there guys. Lots of folks here in Indy have sent in cards just recently. More are coming. I have been walking the floor and educating folks on the need to get our craft designated.
Let's keep the discussion up. Everyone needs to pitch in.

It is Memphis once again that if they do not do there part then we are pretty much done.If we get 50% LAX, MEM, INDY we can get this class and craft accomplished. Remember guys if you don't want a union fine but just having class and craft designated could warn the company not to do anymore things rash.Since class and craft has been designated (Anyone with an A/P)they know we can call for a vote if need be. they don't want a union fine work with us and we will work with them. I don't see any other way of having some kind of protection. We can't expect Tom to keep trying and that is the only protection we have which is not even a warning shot!
