UNITED WE BARGAIN DIVIDED WE BEG

Well guy's this is the best shot I could get of one of the two bulletin boards that are right when you get on or off the highway to the airport at Lamar Ave. It's simple and it's clear that they know they have what it takes to negotiate what we can't! Our pilot's are no doubt the best paid and have the best benefits in the industry while we are somewhere at the bottom. No else has one week sick time or the complete disaster of a health plan which by the way get ready for another big increase. Oh not for them but for us, but don't worry they still have lots to take away from us to cover their contract. We are the only airline that is not organized and I believe you know why. You can thank that guy next to you who already got his full 25 years and still getting more with the cash balance. Why should he care about your future here? he got his. My biggest problem is not that they are FUIGM's but that they are not true Americans! I mean our country was built on a system where we get to vote for what we want and let the majority rule! they won't even help us get that one. If you are not talking to the guy next to you and your not stopping any amt you go by and ask hey do you want to be able to get in your own class and craft?  You need to sign or don't bitch when you read that the pilots are very happy with the package the company has offered them. It's been our time I just don't get the AMT's we work with maybe we are just Knuckle Draggers and what the company is doing to us is what the majority wants. All I know come October if we don't have a least close to the 50% this guy is done and this site is gone. I will apologize to FedEx for causing so much problems over the year believing that I was doing the right thing when all the time you where. I am so sorry for all of you that along with me believed we deserved so much better and I want to thank you for all the support over the years. Now let's see if I wasted my time again.
