For all our you that did not know that the family medical account they use to put $800.00 in has now dropped to $700.00 but you can get it back by filling out a form on your personal health so they can bother you at home with stupid questions. They are also going to fine you now if you go the emergency room and it's deemed that you did not have to. I don't have all the answers yet because I know rates have to be going up but no ones talking yet. If you know anything else please comment on this post.
P.S THE PO BOX IS FIXED AND IS ACCEPTING ENVELOPES ADDRESSED TO THE FEDEX AMT ASSOCIATION. I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY PULLED THAT CRAP BECAUSE IT'S FUNNY HOW THE BOX IS GETTING MAIL FROM THE LAST GUY WHO HAD IT AND THE MAIL IS NOT LABELED NMB OR NLRB. I APOLOGIZE TO ALL FOR THAT BULLSHIT THEY PULLED ON US.

You just provided a prime example of proving that even like the Post Office has done with this incident, FedEx pulls the same shit! When it either benefits their agenda or in some way makes their job easier, they choose to change the rules, look the other way, or they simply don't give a fuck how those actions will negatively affect the masses.
You can bank on the fact/reality that things will continue to change............and not in our favor, when you have nothing written in a contract.....if that even matters to the majority any more!
My guess is, it doesn't, or we would have already had more than enough cards filled out and in your hands :-(

My manager gave us the scoop on healthcare. He said he was concerned because lots of guys are skipping going to the doc and are out a lot more and getting people sick.
1. 4-5% premium increase for everyone next year. Dollar figure not released yet since FedEx Freight is fighting 10 union petitions right now and they don't want to piss the drivers off any more than than they are already.
2. Current computer survey is very personal and will lead to calls to your home. Manager said next year we are going to have to pay to have an invasive, in office, biometric test done - the computer survey was just a start. More invasive, no privacy. If you don't go and pay for the test,, no account money for you.. This will save the company a lot of green as they know lots of folks will object to the company having all kinds of private medical info which could be used against them.
3. They are apparentl cutting out a bunch of covered drugs.
4. You use the emergency room more than two times,and they hit you with a $500 fine on third visit.
There is more coming but this is all Mgr knew right now.

If that information right there doesn't stir 2400+ cards signed and sent in by October 1st, we are beyond hope of having a voice in these decisions!
