UNLESS WE STAND TOGETHER YOU CAN BET YOUR HEALTH BENEFITS ARE GOING TO RISE AGAIN AND MORE RULE CHANGES WE CAN'T HAVE ANY VOICE IN. VERY SIMPLE DOWNLOAD CARD AND ONLY FILL OUT COMPANY, EMPLOYEE NUMBER, SIGNATURE,DATE, AND CLEARLY PRINTED NAME IT'S THAT EASY. COLLECT THEM AND SEND THEM INTO THE P.O BOX. THIS WILL BE MY LAST SHOT AT THIS AND THEN I WILL ANNOUNCE HOW MANY CARDS WE GOT ON OCTOBER 1ST. IF LIKE THIS LAST TIME I WILL TELL THE COMPANY I AM SHUTTING DOWN AND THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN ONE WAY OR THE OTHER.
I FEEL THAT JUST KNOWING WE HAVE BEEN TALKING AMONGST OURSELVES HAS MADE THEM HAVE TO STOP AND THINK ABOUT MAKING CHANGES TO WHICH I CAN NEVER PROVE BUT IT WON'T TAKE LONG AFTER OCTOBER TO FIND OUT. I WANT TO THANK ALL OF YOU DIEHARD GUYS WHO NO MATTER WHAT FILLED OUT A CARD NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES WE TRIED THIS. I BLAME MYSELF FOR THE LEARNING CURVE AND I TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THAT.  THANKS

Called the NMB today to confirm with them that we are presently getting the new cards filed. As Tom mentioned, the new card is good to go. The staff lawyer at the NMB was very nice and said we could call them back with any more questions.

Also, spoke with old contact who is a union labor attorney for the IAM. He said once we get the 51%, we are going to be in good shape because the current NMB has two union friendly judges and only one pro-company judge. The two pro-employee judges used to head alpa and flight attendant unions will be behind us when we ask to be our own separate craft or class.

We just need to start spreading the word and communicating beyond this site. Communication and organization is the key.
